Board of Education

Our school district has seven dedicated community members who volunteer their time and energies to represent the public and translate the public’s values and expectations into policies, plans, and goals. Individual members are elected by the local community and hold meetings typically on the second and fourth Thursdays most months of the school year.

Chuck Snyder, has lived in Brookfield since 1989. He and his wife Lisa, have a son who will attend S. E. Gross this year. Since 2001 he has served on the School Board. He believes that we can provide an excellent, broad based education to our students while being fiscally responsible. Chuck is involved in the community with Des Plaines Valley Council Boy Scouts of America. He has served on the March of Dimes Suburban Chef’s Auction Steering Committee, as President of the Chicago/Ridge Worth Chamber of Commerce, and has been an Awana Club leader.

Mr. Speziale believes the District 95 mission is to educate our students so they can realize their full potential and to prepare them for a smooth and successful transition to Riverside Brookfield High School. This will be accomplished through the Administrative and staff implementation of the realigned curriculum from grades K-8, the utilization of the recent building addition and renovations, the articulation between and coordination of the three feeder districts with RBHS and the continued financial support of the District 95 community.
