May 18 - 8th grade Dinner Dance

May 19th - Band Car Wash 9am-1pm

May 28th - No School (Memorial Day)

May 30th - Honors assembly 8:30am

May 30th - 8th Grade Graduation (admission by ticket only)

May 31st - Last day of school 8:05-9:05

May 31st - Repoirt Cards Mailed

May 19th - D95 Plant Sale and Gardening Event 9am-1pm. Annuals, Perennials, Herbs, Vegetables, Hanging Baskets, Ready Made Containers, Experts, Demonstrations, Activity Tables for Kids. Please come out and support our school. Volunteers are also needed for the day of the event and Friday 5/18 at 3:30 to sort plants. Contact Karyn Napolitano for more info at d95plantsale@gmail.com.

Morning Announcements for Friday, May 18, 2012
Good Morning.  It’s a GREAT day to be a Warrior!

BUILDERS CLUB
Show your support for children fighting cancer!  Builders Club will be selling t-shirts next Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during lunch to benefit charities helping children with cancer.  Shirts are only $10 and were designed by S.E. Gross students.  There is a sample of the shirt hanging up in the lunchroom on the information board.

CHAMBER CHORUS
Is selling World’s Finest Chocolate after school for $1 a bar.

8TH GRADE STUDENTS
must have their cap and gown money into the office by Friday, May 18th.  You will not receive your cap & gown if your payment is not made.

MRS HENDRICKSON’S CLASSES
Meet in the computer lab today.  Homeroom still meets in the classroom.

STUDENT COUNCIL
Is sponsoring a flag tag tournament next Wednesday, May 23rd after school, from 3-4:30.  Sign up sheets are in the lunchroom.

There will be a short 5-minute meeting after school today.  You will be signing up to sell t-shirts during lunch next week.

Teams have until Friday to pick up display photos from the library.
