Summer Device Request & Summer Learning Supports

Dear District 95 families,

District 95 knows that many families are interested in having their students continue to learn throughout the summer. We will keep access to our online curricular resources open to students through most of the summer for them to continue to learn and grow. In addition, District 95 has created a Summer Support Site filled with a variety of online and offline activities, games, and suggestions for summer schedules to participate in summer learning in any or all subjects K-8. You can find a recorded walkthrough of the site for all grade level bands on the parent tab. 

Student devices, chargers, and cases will be collected at the end of the year in order to clean, sanitize, repair, and update. We recognize that not every student has access to a device at home, so we will be offering device pickup on June 23-25 for families that complete the Summer 2021 Student Device Request Form. Students not receiving a device during the June 23-25 period will receive theirs during the first days of school.

Forms should be submitted no later than the last day of school, Friday May 28th. If you would like to request a device for more than one student please complete a separate form for each student.
