BP Weekly Newsletter 1-14-2022

Superstar families,

We had a great week this week and enjoyed having the students be able to play outside as the weather warmed up. A few classes encountered some errors during MAP testing as NWEA was having some system issues, but the students were determined and patient throughout the process. Just a reminder, there is no school on Monday, January 17th. Please take some time to read through the things coming up:

Grief Groups:

Brook Park is pleased to announce that we are partnering with Pillars Community Health again this year to provide students with grief support groups.  If your child has experienced a significant change in his/her family structure or the death of a loved one and is having difficulty coping with that experience, the grief support group is an opportunity for them to put their feelings into words and identify their support systems.

The groups will meet via Zoom after the school day. The groups will last four weeks. Please see the flyers for more information. (Monday, January 24, 31 & February 7, 14 or Monday, February 28 & March 7, 14, 21)
