Meet the Board
Our school district has seven dedicated community members who volunteer their time and energies to represent the public and translate the public's values and expectations into policies, plans, and goals. Individual members are elected by the local community and hold meetings typically on the second and fourth Thursdays most months of the school year.
Please Note: All school board meetings will be held at S.E. Gross Middle School in the Cafeteria, unless otherwise referenced.

Rebecca Zoltoski - Secretary
We have lived in the district since 1998 and my daughter attends school at Brook Park. I have become involved in many of the activities at the school, including Girl Scouts as an organizer and coordinator as well as troop leader, Market Day Chair, and volunteering in the classroom as needed. I have been in the educational field for more than 20 years, mostly teaching at the undergraduate and professional school level. During all of these experiences I have gained a vast knowledge of what it takes for students to succeed in a post-secondary education. I believe this knowledge in conjunction with my other involvements at the school will make me a valuable asset to the board. I would like to help keep the district at its high level of proficiency, while working to find ways to improve as the inevitable technological and curricular changes occur.
Barb Garvey - Secretary
Barb is a lifelong resident of Brookfield. She holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and is a graduate of S.E. Gross Middle School and Riverside-Brookfield High School. She and her husband, Mike, are the proud parents of three boys, all of whom attend District 95 schools. Barb is an elementary school teacher in nearby River Forest District 90 where she has taught for the last 15 years. Barb's philosophy of education is a child-centered one; she believes that all decisions should be evaluated through the lens of what's best for the students of our district.
Katie Mulcrone - Board Member
Katie and her husband Pat have lived in Brookfield since 2004. They are adoring parents to their three children. Their oldest daughter attends Riverside Brookfield High School and they have a daughter in 7th grade and a son in 4th grade. Katie served as the Brook Park Council president for 4 years before joining the school board. Katie is a National Accounts Manager for Dawson Sales Company - an industrial food broker, where she has worked for over 20 years. Katie's children have received excellent educations in District 95 and she wants to ensure the district continues to offer the highest level of education for all students. With the ever changing needs for technology, Katie wants to work with the board and administration to provide the proper technology to ensure future success.
